  • License Key - The License Key entitles you to use the purchased product and / or to obtain updates for the purchased period for the number of licensed users and may include the permission to contact Open-Xchange's Support. Please Note: Open-Xchange activates the provided license key for you.
  • Customer ID - The customer ID identifies you as a Open-Xchange customer and provides access to the at Open-Xchange Portal
