A: We want to help our customers and partners to go through these difficult times by retaining their customers and securing revenues. With a free webmail platform we believe our partners also get an excellent up-sell platform for additional products like mobility support and groupware.
Q: How can I participate in the program?
A: Please check out the program at our website (www.). There you can find a lot of information and also sign-up forms and contact information. After you have signed up for the program, we will conduct a 10-min telephone interview to discuss all relevant details.
Q: How fast can I get the Webmail4Free platform?
A: That depends a bit on your IT infrastructure, however, the implementation efforts are usually low and the webmail platform can be up and running in just a few weeks.
Q: What is included in the Webmail4Free offering?
A: The Webmail4Free offering includes maintenance, professional services and marketing support free of charge, depending on the size of your existing customer base:

Q: What are the requirements to participate in the Webmail4Free program?
A: The only requirement is to commit to market a certain number of seats for our additional modules on top of the free webmail. We also ask our partners to commit to a 3 year agreement if you have more than 10.000 Email Accounts and 1 year if you have less than 10.000 Email Accounts respectively. In order to provide efficient support to our partners, we also require a Standard Webmail4Free Support Agreement.
Q: I’m a large SaaS Provider with more than 100.000 Email accounts. What are the requirements for me to participate in the Webmail4Free program
A: Large SaaS Providers are required to offer Premium Groupware and OX Mobility to all existing customers as up-sell modules within 9 months after signing up for the program. The up-sell rates (minimum commitment of the SaaS provider) are as follows:
1st year: 1% of the existing customer base
2nd year: 2,5% of the existing customer base
3rd year: 4% of the existing customer base
Large SaaS Providers are also required to order a Premium Support Contract (24/7) in addition to the Standard Support when launching the Premium Groupware and OX Mobility modules.
Q: I’m a medium-sized SaaS Provider with more than 10.000 but less than 100.000 Email accounts. What are the requirements for me to participate in the Webmail4Free
A: Medium-sized SaaS Providers are required to offer Premium Groupware and OX Mobility to all existing customers as up-sell modules within 6 months after signing up for the program. The up-sell rates (minimum commitment of the SaaS provider) are as follows:
1st year: 1% of the existing customer base
2nd year: 2,5% of the existing customer base
3rd year: 4% of the existing customer base
Medium-sized SaaS Providers are also required to order a Premium Support Contract (24/7) in addition to the Standard Support when launching the Premium Groupware and OX Mobility modules.
Q: Do the requirements depend on the number of my customers?
A: Yes, there are various partner levels with different requirements, mainly in regard to the up-sell commitment.
Q: What are the payment terms for the up-sell commitments?
A: All fees relate to the up-sell commitments are to be quarterly pre-paid.
Q: What are the prices for additional professional services?
A: Additional services can be ordered for 1.000 EUR per man-day. A 2 day workshop can be ordered for 2.500 EUR.
